Create Annotated Bibliography

The lesson below requires an internet connection. If your internet is unreliable, consider these two options instead (or in addition):

  1. Download the individual PDFs

    1. Install a custom style (explains how to install additional styles so you can create an annotated bibliography)

    2. Add an annotation to a Zotero record (explains how to create your annotation so it can be cited with Zotero)

    3. Generate an annotated bibliography (explains using the custom style and your annotations to create the annotated bibliography)

  2. Download this entire lesson as a .zip file (after downloading, unzip the archive, find story.html, and open it in your web browser -- no internet needed!)

Note: the lesson and PDFs use a simplified interface so you can more easily see what matters. The real Zotero interface will have more features that are not shown in the lesson or the PDFs.
