Using the room computer to project
Turn on the television above the cabinet using the remote.
Turn on the PC. (The PC is on the wall below the TV. The power button is on the upper-right ... there's an arrow on the computer that points at it.)
Turn on the keyboard and mouse, and use them to sign in to the PC with your AMBS network account. This is the account you use to sign in to your own computer (or, on a Mac, the account you were given when you first started work at AMBS).
Using videoconferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
Follow the steps for using the room computer to project. The Snowball microphone on the cabinet and the camera on the wall are already connected to the PC. If they do not seem to work, try unplugging them and plug them in again.
If you want to share materials from your own computer, join the videoconference (without connecting to audio) from your own computer.
