This is a Zoom Room. For best results, add this room to an event on your AMBS calendar. Add the link to your video conference as the location of your meeting. (You can connect to Google Meet, MS Teams, or Zoom from the Zoom Room.)

Turn on the television using the remote (power button is in the upper-left corner).
Use the input button on the remote (below the scroll wheel and arrows pad; looks like a little cable or tail ... see illustration LibAV.1 on this page) to select the "Room PC" input on each television, if not already selected.
Turn on the room PC mounted on the wall to the right of the television (power button is on right side).
Use the iPad to start or join your already-scheduled meeting.

Connect your PC using the HDMI cable in the room. (Note: if you want to play sound, and you are using an adapter with the HDMI cable, you may need to play audio directly from your computer instead of through the TV speaker.)
