About Waltner 116A and 116C
This page provides instructions for using 116A and 116C as standalone rooms. They can be also used in conjunction with 116B. If that is what you are attempting, please see the guide for Waltner 116B.
Projecting from the Computer in 116 A or 116C
The computer is attached to the wall on the left side of the TV at the front of the room.
Turn on the computer (power button is near the bottom of the left edge of the computer).
Use the TV remote to turn on the screen(s) in the room. 116A will will use only one screen; 116C can use two.
The TV should find the correct source automatically. If it does not, use the input selector on the remote (see Illustration 1 on this page) to choose HDMI 2 ("Room Computer 116A" or "Room Computer 116C").
Use the media player or videoconferencing software volume adjustments (or use the Windows adjustment in the system tray) to adjust speaker volume and microphone sensitivity in the room.
Projecting from your own computer in 116A or 116C
Use an HDMI cable to connect your computer to the TV at the front of the room via the connection in the floor box.
Use the TV remote to turn on the front screen in the room. Note: if you are using your own computer you can display it on only the front screen.
Use the TV remote to adjust the volume on the TV (or use your media player's or operating system's volume controls). Note: sound will come from the TV, not from the speakers in the room.
