Waltner 121 is a Zoom Room. For best results, add this room to an event on your AMBS calendar. Add the link to your video conference as the location of your meeting. (You can connect to Google Meet, MS Teams, or Zoom from the Zoom Room.)
(You may also connect your computer to the projector using the HDMI cable in the room. If you do this, do not try to use video conferencing. Instead, join the videoconference and share your screen in the conference interface.)

Turn on the television using the remote (power button is in the upper-left corner).
Use the input button on the remote (upper-right of remote; looks like a little cable or tail ... see illustration 119.1 on this page) to select the "Room PC" (HDMI 1) input.
Turn on the classroom PC mounted on the wall to the left of the television (power button is on the top near the left side). Note: the computer may already be powered on, waiting politely for you to start the videoconference using the iPad.

Connect your PC using the HDMI cable in the room. (Note: if you want to play sound, and you are using an adapter with the HDMI cable, you may have troubles. In that case, use the room computer instead.)
